1. Overview
   Nyx-One is an Agentic AI content generation platform developed by LUCASMETA, designed for enterprise clients in film production,
   advertising, and media content creation. This policy governs the generation and modification of video and image content through Nyx-One, including content involving human likeness.
   
   

2. Authorized Use
   Nyx-One is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Access is limited to authorized personnel at contracted client organizations, including production companies, advertising agencies, financial institutions, and brand partners. All prompting and content generation activities are performed by verified adult professional users acting within the scope of their organization's production workflow.
   
   

3. Use of Actor and Talent Likeness
   Where Nyx-One is used to generate or modify scenes involving a person's filmed likeness (including facial features, expressions, or appearance), such use is permitted only when:

• The individual depicted is a contracted talent, actor, or model who has provided documented consent (e.g., a signed talent or model release agreement) authorizing the use of their likeness for the specific production project;

• The generated or modified content is limited to legitimate production purposes, such as scene editing, background replacement, lighting adjustment, or continuity correction — and does not involve identity substitution, face-swapping onto a different individual, or the creation of likeness content without the depicted individual's knowledge or consent;

• The client organization retains records of talent consent and agrees to make such records available upon request for compliance review.

Nyx-One does not permit the generation of content that misrepresents, defames, or falsely depicts any individual, or that uses a person's likeness without appropriate consent or legal authorization.

4. Human Review and Editorial Oversight

All content generated through Nyx-One is subject to human-in-the-loop review by the client's production or editorial team prior to publication or external distribution. Client organizations are responsible for ensuring final output complies with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and this policy.

For content involving action, combat, or physically intense scenes (e.g., choreographed fight sequences, sports action such as boxing, or stylized creature/character confrontations), Nyx-One's editorial review process specifically verifies that:

• The content depicts stylized, cinematic action consistent with standard film/drama production (e.g., comparable to PG-13/15-rated content) and does not contain graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or realistic depiction of serious injury;

• The scene serves a legitimate narrative or creative purpose within the production (e.g., a drama storyline, sports sequence, or branded video concept), rather than gratuitous or exploitative violent content;

• Any use of animals, creatures, or non-human characters in action sequences is clearly stylized/fictionalized and does not depict real animal harm or cruelty;

• Content flagged by automated safety systems is escalated for manual editorial review before any request to adjust platform-level content filtering, ensuring each use case is documented and justified.

Client organizations are required to maintain internal records of such editorial review decisions and make them available to LUCASMETA and/or the underlying AI platform provider (Google Cloud) upon request for compliance review.

4. Prohibited Content
   Nyx-One prohibits the generation of content that:

• Depicts minors in an inappropriate, sexualized, or exploitative manner;

• Involves non-consensual use of a real person's likeness;

• Contains sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful material as defined by applicable platform and legal standards;

• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights without authorization.

6. Access and Accountability
   Each client organization operates under a signed service agreement with LUCASMETA that includes obligations to use Nyx-One in compliance
   with this policy, applicable laws, and the underlying AI platform's usage guidelines (including Google Cloud's Generative AI Prohibited
   Use Policy).
